Financial Donation Information — Helping Us Provide Ocular Tissue for Surgery, Research, and Medical Training
The San Diego Eye Bank® is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supported, in part, by the generous contributions of philanthropic individuals in the community, as well as private funds. Private funds can be pre-designated in an individual's or family's will or trust. If more than one charitable organization is selected to be a beneficiary, a community fund can be selected to manage fund disbursement. Civic and service organizations also make donations and can help fund specific projects or equipment for our organization, aiding us in our mission to provide ocular tissue to ophthalmologists around the world for surgery, research, and medical training.

Aiding Our Mission to Restore Sight
Our organization is greatly aided by the generous financial contributions of those who believe in our mission to restore sight to the blind. Donations from cornea recipients and donor families are a large source of funding for the San Diego Eye Bank® and help us provide the Gift of Sight to others in need. Many families choose to make donations in memory of their loved ones.
